Unwanted

The play takes place on a moving bus. The city is like a giant theater or a film set, and the bus windows are like TV screens. The audience, driving through the city, can watch everything that is happening in the outside world. However, when a stranger from the outside world enters the bus, the passengers become participants from spectators.

Director Jessica Wilson from Australia has staged performances that take place on a moving bus several times, but this is her first bus performance for children.

The play was created in 2019 as part of the Valmiera Summer Theater Festival, with the entire creative team participating in the creation of the text. It was staged in Australia in 2021, under the title "NARRATOR".
